Right to cancel

For most goods purchased online, a UK consumer may notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods that they wish to cancel the contract without giving a reason. After notifying us, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods. Our voluntary 30-day returns policy provides additional time and does not reduce statutory rights.

After receiving the cancellation request, we will provide the approved free return method and instructions for sending the goods to our UK returns warehouse. The exclusions, product-condition rules, and refund timing stated in our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy apply, subject always to statutory rights.
